1. Pompeii Exploration:

   • The tour begins with a visit to the archaeological site of Pompeii, where visitors can walk along well-preserved streets and explore various Roman structures.
   • The itinerary within the Pompeii excavations may vary from day to day depending on the opening of certain offices and the influx of visitors. The visit guarantees the exploration of one building from each category: 1 Temple, 1 Market, 1 ancient shop, 1 Villa, 1 Thermal bath, 1 Theater, and the Forum. The selection of visited buildings is determined each time by the guide based on the number of visitors, waiting times, and their opening hours.
   • The tour includes a visit to a Cameo factory. Cameos are typical jewels from the Roman era, discovered during the excavations of Herculaneum and Pompeii in 1748. At the factory, you can observe a craftsman at work. Cameos are jewels crafted from shells and gemstones, and they are hand-carved by the artisan. Visiting the factory will allow you to use the restrooms for free before entering the excavations. Therefore, stopping at the Cameo factory is not only informative but also essential in terms of managing the visit to the Pompeii excavations.

     Herculaneum Visit:
2. • Following Pompeii, the tour continues to Herculaneum, offering the opportunity to admire well-preserved houses from the Roman period.
   • Notable sites in Herculaneum include the House with Atrium mosaics, the House of the Deer, the House of Neptune and Amphitrite mosaics, and the thermal baths of the Forum.

CANCELLATION – The customer can cancel the tour (free of charge) up to 12 hours before the booked service, after this deadline no refund will be allowed. Within 12 hours before the tour departure the customer can also ask for an amendment of her/his booking (changes are related to: meeting point, tour typology, number of participants, tour date, and so on).

The tour operator deserves the right to cancel the tour if the minimum number of participants has not been reached.

With reference to the tours including entrance fees (such as all tours including the visit of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mt. Vesuvius), these ones must be purchased in advance and in case of cancellation they would be not refunded.

NO SHOW – For all our tours it will be highly appreciated to show up at the agreed meeting place at least 10 minutes before the tour departure. In each meeting point our tour leader will wait only for 10 minutes, after this deadline the booking is considered as a customer no-show and no refund will be deserved.

In any case of delay, the customer must contact the emergency number +390817673273 and our customer service will help the customer to arrange a new pickup, if it will be possible.

LIABILITY – The tour operator is not liable for any loss of personal belongings. If the client has a train or a flight or a ship booked on the same day of the tour, it would be suggested to inform the tour operator to better manage the situation even if for all group tours the timetable cannot be subject to modifications. The tour operator is not responsible if customers miss a train, a flight or a ship. Given the scheduled time-sheet customers should be aware about the real possibility to enjoy the tour they booked for.
